Who is Chumbahway?

a short story

Chumbahway is a husband and wife duo that write songs for children.

Bob is Australian and Emi is Japanese. Together, Bob and Emi live in Japan with their young son.

Bob is an experienced singer-songwriter, and when their son was born, Bob naturally started making up songs to sing to him.

Over a period of time, these few songs grew in number.

Emi encouraged Bob to record some of the songs, and so Bob began to put the songs down, using his small home recording studio.

Over almost 2 years, these songs slowly grew into the album that is now available for children and parents around the world to enjoy.

The songs sing about adventure, nature, friendship and rest.

They are wonderfully rhythmic songs, full of great melodies and great lyrics for children to sing along with.

As parents or teachers please feel free to copy, paste and print the lyrics available in the 'INFO' section next to each song, if you wish to.
